A Personal and Compassionate Approach to Healing
Have you or a loved one experienced a life-changing medical trauma? If so, I truly understand. Many years ago, I had a stroke that changed every aspect of my life, leaving me disabled. It wasn’t just my own journey—it deeply affected my family, shaped the messages my children grew up with, and placed new challenges on my husband. I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming this kind of trauma can feel.
That’s why I’m here—to offer you a space where you can talk, heal, and rediscover yourself, free from judgment.
My Specialities – How I Can Help You
Life-Changing Trauma Therapy – Whether you’ve experienced a stroke, brain injury, chronic illness, or another medical trauma, I understand the emotional and practical struggles that come with it. Together, we can process your experience, rebuild your confidence, and help you move forward. Click the link to take you to blogs, the second one is about the challenges after brain injury: 135b9030-5848-42ec-987d-ef7cbc134210
Stress, Burnout & Mental Health Support – Whether you’re battling depression, workplace stress, anxiety, or bullying (at school or at work), I provide a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly and begin to heal.
Listener for men - I also know that many men find it difficult to reach out for help—society often teaches them to “just get on with it.” If this resonates with you, I want to make it easier. You deserve support, too, and I’m here to listen without judgment.
Counselling for Young Adults – If you’re struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, or uncertainty about your future, you’re not alone. I love working with young people, helping them gain clarity and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges.
I have a passion for helping Young Adults find their path. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I had a career that I loved as a hairdresser, business owner, and mentor. I trained young adults, helped them find their confidence, and watched them grow to their potential. That passion never left me. If you’re a young person unsure about your career path or future direction, I’d love to help you explore your options and discover what truly makes you happy.
